You guys have got a pretty good thing going here, and I agree with a lot of it. There really isn't much more to say. I think my favorite point had to have been made by Scizzoman, what with if the only way of acquiring a game doesn't benefit the manufacturer *cough* eBay *cough* then you should be free to emulate the games. Otherwise, how would the game live on? How would it's former glory continue to shine?

Anyway, that's all I have to say.

Well, like I said if PS3, Wii and 360 do that they could be quite a bit of money off of it (seeing how the Wii is doing a bad job of it.) I only want the Wii for SSBB, the Zelda, the Marios and the Metroids, plus the cool classic dl/ing.
But they are doing a freekin' bad job it it, takes FOREVER it seem just from the to do one little game!
Plus Wii does not have a HD which also sucks so you can only have a limit to the damn games.

So I guess emulaters arn't bad because Nintendo are doing a REALLY bad job of what the Wii can do.

I agree with you two... I guess we have to makes a system with all the cool classics.

Well it seems that ÞLä§м@ $σµl™ and I have been playing a lot of games on emulators. Still keeping to my old rule of not emulating anything that can be bought on the Virtual Console or a similar service.

Although I did get ROMs of all my VC games (including Soul Blazer, ActRaiser, the Mario series, and the Sonic series) in case I ever want to play them but I'm too lazy to start up the Wii. Plus it means I can play them when I'm on vacation starting tomorrow.

Plasma has apparently been playing a lot of SNES. My current favourite is MAME though, because it lets me play all the fighting games I love (which are grossly overlooked on the Virtual Console, I mean they don't even have Last Blade or Killer Instinct), and it has also given me a new love of scrolling shooters (such as the 19XX series, Gradius, and Parodius), a genre that I didn't really care for before.

Also beat 'em ups. Those are always fun.

I only play tekken and mvc using emulators
pretty much only ISOS
If it's handheld I find that it's not enjoyable on the computer.
