Well seeing how I actually beat FFVII and on FFIX (FFVIII does not interest me!) I'm going to make a topic on it! Surprising that no one has made one yet. *looks at Scizzoman*.

So, I beat VII which was awesome and epic but IX it rather fuckin' epic as well. The CGI clips are fuckin' epic and Vivi is awesome! Not as awesome as Cloud! BUT STILL AWESOME!

I'm waiting for Ryosuke for my BATTERY! AND Death Seraph... Even though it's not Big Red's fault. For Final Fantasy Crisis Core. and such and such!

The reason why I made this topic is because Scizzoman isn't replying and Death Seraph isn't online which made me sad.

Well I... I've been busy.

"Shifts eyes"

Anyway... Like I said, I'll probably start with IX or VI once I finish Persona 4. Seeing as I'll finally have time after slowly working through the mass of Christmas games

Might go with VI since that seems to be quite the fan favourite. And from what I've seen of Kefka, he seems to be an awesome villain.

OK, but IX is rather good... and Somehow I got through the game without getting stuck like in VII... IX actually tells you the fuckin' names of the towns! Plus there's a split story rate now which is making me "what, huh?"

I will prolixly stop this weekend because of the fact of me getting F.E.A.R. 2 which btw has a commercial which made me go "Oooh yeeeaaah!" I will play IV as well after IX. So then I can go I play 3 count em 3 FF's! Lol.

batteries are for noobs, I don't use one anyway so I'll give it to Death Seraph as soon as I find it again.

you and your non-modded psp smells.
btw unless you get the reader fixed, you can't play psp isos even if it IS modded.

unless your only planning to play roms and run emulators off it. *cough*neeb*cough*

anyways, Im out of my final fantasy phase for now, I'm just waiting for phantasy star portable.

Wait... the ISO's don't they just use the memory stick and not the read I.E discs or is it the whole thing that can't read or see the memory stick... I'm more confused then ever now.

Yes, that Final Fantasy... Sure has been out for quite some time now... ... Yup. It sure has...

the psp still needs to at least detect a game disc to run isos.

yeah I know it's gay.

but like I told Death Seraph, I opened the back of my psp during playing ratchet and clank off my memstick and the disc was spinning.

you can still play ps1 games though. since eboot games aren't isos.

*walks into topic*

Yeah, Final Fantasy is cool. Honestly though, while it is pretty sweet, there are better jRPG series. *Knifed by rabid Tonberry*

FF is a great jRPG starting point though. Then you can, while I honestly wouldn't prescribe it to most, move onto the harder, more obscure and more hardcore jRPGs. Honestly, while they aren't exactly the things that I just described, TotA and ToV could probably beat the majority of FF games. Just my opinion though. Disregard it if you will.

Oh yeah, and as someone who has beaten both FFIX and FFVI, I'd recommend either one, but would probably suggest FFVI first.

My other opinion: Squeenix needs to give FF a rest. How much more can you squeeze the life out of a series? They had the right idea with TWEWY, anyway. Hopefully Star Ocean is good enough for Seraph
